Iterate Through All an Array's Items Using For Loops

Tell us what’s happening:

What am I missing? I’ve spent a long time on this. I get one of the answers to show correctly but not the other.

Your code so far

function filteredArray(arr, elem) {
  let result = [];
  // change code below this line
for(let i =0; i < arr.length; i++) {
  for(let j = 0; j < arr[1].length; i++) {
    if (arr[i][j].indexOf(elem) >= 0 ) {
      result = result + arr[i]
    }
  }
}
  // change code above this line
  return result;
}

// change code here to test different cases:
console.log(filteredArray([[3, 2, 3], [1, 6, 3], [3, 13, 26], [19, 3, 9]], 3));

arr[i][j].indexOf is not a function

You’ve got the right idea, but you don’t need indexOf().
