I need a tutor on JavaScript. I am new to programming
Have you started doing the freeCodeCamp courses? By going through those in order you’ll learn all the key fundamentals to coding in JavaScript and you shouldn’t need a personal tutor. There are a lot of things that can be confusing though, and if you run into a problem, you can ask about it here. 
I’m not sure what led you to post this, but the forum does not provide individual tutors on demand. This is a community discussion forum for people who are learning to code (primarily via freeCodeCamp.org).
