my javascript code is not meeting the criteria and i dont even understand the criteria i would realy appreciate any help.
If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge and need some help, click the Help button located on the challenge. This button only appears if you have tried to submit an answer at least three times.
The Help button will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

i tried that now and whenever i write the forum the moment i scroll down in my code (inside the forum) the entire page freezes and does not respond no matter how long i let it load and it happens each time 
that is not a behaviour I experience. Are you scrolling down because you need to add more content?
in most challenges you can post directly, if you have written your question in the text box you have been provided with, as both that and your code are included in the auto-generated post
(I say most because some challenges have code too long to be imported like that, but if you can post that, you can add your code in a second post)
when i try to post it without scolling down and the button is just not working my mouse isnt even turning to a pointer its just not responding (the button)
are you able to share a screencapture of this?
