Key-values exchanged

How do i get the kay-value exchanged? without using Object( values, keys or entries).

function exchange(obj) {
}

Ex.:

exchange({name: "Walter", surname: "White"});

this returns:

{Walter: "name", White: "surname"};

You extract the keys, write a loop going through them, adding the value-key pairs from the original key-value pair and delete the old pair.
