Kindly Help solve Question 26 of "Registration Form"

So question 26 is asking me to finish the fieldset off, by linking the text terms and conditions to the following location: “the freecodecamp link”

Describe your issue in detail here.

I know I have to use a “a” element with a “href” attribute. My code was “I accept the terms and conditions

But I am not sure where to place it. I tried putting it after the closing tag of the last label but it didnt work. Then I tried placing it in between the last label opening and closing tag . That didnt work either. Is my code correct? Where is the correct place to create this link?
