Well, I am involved in one technical product, which is being built like for 2 last years. And it has a lot of hooks, components, and other things. And sometimes customer support guys are asking the questions that are really pretty mich the same every time. Unfortunately, I donāt have a separate huge budget to connect some APIs and connect it to our Slack and Telegram to automatically answer those questions.
Are there any good/relatively good agents that donāt charge me for millions for this process?
Anything you think might be a fit for that ā works in my case. I have found some by just simple Google queries like āknowledge base ai agent connect to slackā but really found only several, where the pricing might still be high in the end.
Anyway, if someone knows some niche agents, please let me know
