I got so confused I literally have no idea what exactly should I do in this question I got the hint that they need to put everything the three items insode the ul however, I’ve never understand or learned that until now .

Hi @talshai656 !
In that nav element, you should nest an unordered list element,the list should contain three list items, each list item should nest an anchor element. This is how the listing should be done.
