please can someone help me with the correct code?

Hi, we don’t share code on the forum but we can help you fix your code by giving you tips/hints on how to do so.

The first thing is to refer back to the exercise instructions:

Within the main element, create a form with three nested section elements.

You have not created a form with 3 nested section elements.
What you have created actually is a form with 3 nested section elements and another form tag as well within the first first form.

You do not need another form tag (you already have the one just above the first nested section). You just need to add your action attribute to it. (and possibly a method attribute but the hint will help you with that)

I’m so grateful for this. Tried it and it worked this time. Thanks
