The instruction: " Also, add a border-bottom of 4px solid #dfdfe2 to h2 elements to make the sections distinct."
Add a property ‘border-bottom’ and its values to a new ‘h2’ selector.

You mean putting the code i need to leern in there to see and then in the challenge?

Yes, that way you will learn VS Code which you need to use eventually in day to day work.

Also debugging is easier in VS Code IMO
