You are pretty close. The wording on this step is slightly confusing. It doesn’t actually ask you to put any text withing your two options, so you just need to delete your true/false words and it should pass.

dont wrap the ul in the legend,put the legend in top in one line

and yes you need a text , your cod is passing with the legend on top…
