According to the example:

@media (feature: value) {
  selector {
    styles
  }
}

This is the syntax to use the media query.

prefers-reduced-motion is a feature and no-preference is a value.
Then do open bracket and close bracket.

Inside the bracket, you add CSS rules like normal.
