Hi team I do not know what I seem to be doing wrong with my odd elements if statement it is not passing can someone please help.

Although this works it is not needed. You already checked the remainder earlier and confirmed it is not zero just by saying else.
Remove this if statement (leave the else)

Try to rewrite this from scratch. Right now your statement is trying to get the element in the sorted array which is the floor of the element in the sorted array which is at the location of the decimal value that sorted.length divided by 2 gives. So if sorted.length is 5, then 5/2 is 2.5 and you are trying to get an element at that location. Just erase the line and start again. If you don’t know what is happening, write a console.log statement and test you assumptions.
