Try starting the course directly from the codeally.if dashboard (you will have to login first or register if you don’t have an account but it may work)

on website, it only shows for making a profile after completing the profile nothing shows
where can I lean

after you register/login then click the hamburger menu and choose Cloud IDE and this should show you the virtual machines you have for the course. You can try to click the Run Code button to see if that works better.
