Tell us what’s happening:

I have completed all the steps on this module on my vscode desktop and got the final congratulations notification. But the progress does not show on freecodecamp website. when I try to launch the workspace on the browser, none of the progress shows, and coderoad starts from the beginning. How can I fix this?
