Am I only one having this problem when setting the Docker image in VSC?

I’m new to using this on VSC, so I’m not sure how to fix this.

What were you trying to do exactly and please provide the exact command(s) you were trying and/or step you were trying. A screenshot may be good too.
So, I’m following the instructions from this lesson of the legacy certificate.
I got to step 3.
Open the command palette in VS Code by expanding the "View" menu and clicking "Command Palette..." and enter Dev Containers: Rebuild and Reopen in Container in the input.
And got to step 4.
It took me to a new VSC project window and started loading the Docker image.
Some of the files were being loaded, and then I was met with this.
And I got stuck here.
Turns out that moment was a fluke, and the whole docker image was loaded. The whole thing works after working with the instructions.
