freeCodeCamp can’t do anything about that, the gitpod free tier offers 50 hours per month

Were you able to use the Gitpod service as much as they said? I am asking because I am aware that people (including me) had technical difficulties when we initially set Gitpod.
If you, honestly used the 500 credits (people said 50hrs) but it is credit units and you can see how much you have consumed in the Gitpod dashboard in billing, then you have to wait until next month. If you feel your time was cut short, prematurely, then, I recommend you contact Gitpod. They respond.
