You look close! First close the top style with ‘>’ then put your ‘element’ down a line . Erase ‘element’ and replace with ‘main’. Last, remove the ‘>’ that is after the ‘}’ and before the closing ‘style’ tag.

The word element is not a valid selector, it was just an example.
You want to select the H1 tag in this exercise !
Also be careful, your CSS should be placed inside the <style> tags. However, in your code, it’s placed inside the opening <style> tag."
