Center your h1 element by setting its text-align property to the value center. I am having hard time understanding this part

First you specify the element that you want to style then followed by curly brackets you set the text-align property, which is used for aligning the text on your page. This is followed by a colon after which you set the text-align property to the value of center simply by writing center followed by a semi colon to single the end of your statement. That should style your text to the center of the page.
