I would read this again to understand what needs to be used as the property. Its not the word property

Center your h1 element by setting its text-align property to the value center . Also look at the example again. There should be no use of < > in the style and the element is not in the right place

Just use the h1 the way it is dont put it in angle brackets when selecting it in css Text -align
Is the css property its value should be center
