→ I had to skip to the next problem because, I this code was not woking in my case.
After searching on other plateform, I got to know that this is the right way to do this but my code is not working it’s just showing me the same error = " Test

Hi,
The syntax seems okay. However, you were not suppose to use style element. You were suppose to add the new CSS selector rule in CSS and not within HTML. So, I think the challenge failed because you did not follow the instructions.

Your solution works from my end. Please try one of the following steps to move forward.

Click on the “Restart Step” button and force a refresh of your page with CTRL + F5 then try to paste the code in again.

or - Try the step in incognito or private mode.

or - Disable any/all extensions that interface with the freeCodeCamp website (such as Dark Mode, Ad Blockers, or Spellcheckers), and set your browser zoom level to 100%. Both of these factors can cause tests to fail erroneously.

or - Ensure your browser is up-to-date or try a different browser.

I hope one of these will work for you.

Thank you so much for your support and suggestions,
but this step has to e done by this method and I can’t use or add css file on my own is this project. That’s why I am stuck on this step for so long.

After your suggestions I opened up this in incognito and it worked in that,
without any change that you so much for your help.
