The example does not have any <>s

Also, you have a small typo in the spelling of ‘center’.

This step may need a better example. I can see why you might think you need the < and > around the element, but that is only for HTML. For CSS, you just need the h1.

Also, you have a typo on the `text-align’ property’s value, so double check your spelling for the value.
