Asking a good question is an excellent skill in your learning journey.

You should not add a new style tag. Add the new CSS rules to the existing style tag.

You have duplicate style tags here and here

Remove the duplicates.

Also make sure you run this step with all browser addons and extensions turned off or the test may fail anyway.
