  • wrong syntax
  • remove <style.css>
  • h1,h2,p missing their css rules

In addition to what was said above, if you need an example of how your style rules should look like you can look at the code you wrote in the html

You just will not need to use the style tags because the code will be in your styles file now. So look at what @bappyasif said, and you can use the code you have as an example of how it should look
