Describe your issue in detail here. for step 16 i have written the link element correctly within the head element but the code can not pass i am stuck

You have a typo in “stylesheet”. Always put a blank space between attributes:

<link rel="smth" href="smth">

even after putting the space between the attributes i still get the same issue

I have said firstly that you have a typo.

i have corrected the typo and spacing but it persists that it should be within the head element and yet it is.

What is this + character before the opening HTML tag?
