to add is the following:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,  initial-scale=1.0" />

If you have a closer look to the text you should use as content, you will see a missing space in your code.
to solve the step it is necessary to enter the exact text.( just copy and paste( ctrl.+v) the text from the question to avoid typos like that.
In my example there is a space too much.
