A selector is the word in CSS before the curly brackets. It selects HTML elements.

In your given CSS code, there is already examples of basic selectors.

}

h1, h2, p { <!-- This selects <h1>, <h2>, and <p> element -->
text-align: center;
}

To select an element simply write the name of the element followed with curly brackets, and write the required properties inside the curly brackets
