I’m trying to comment out the background color, but some reason it keeps on saying its wrong .

The comment should be inside of the body, and it should contain background-color: burlywood; inside of it .
Use the lower post as an example. Instead of User Editable Region it would have the

background-color is property
burlywood is value

Almost. Just change the last slash to a forward slash as the first one, and you have it @Daniel1998
Closing slash should look like */
