Learn Basic CSS by Building a Cafe Menu - Step 22

Tell us what’s happening:

Hello guys…
I’m learning CSS by Building a Cafe Menu right now and i’m stuck at step 22.
This step commands me to make a comment out the “background-clor” and “value” line in CSS style.
I’ve tried many attempts, but it doesn’t work.
Hope somebody can show me what i have to do.

Your code so far

<!-- file: index.html -->
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8" />
    <meta name="viewport"content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />
    <title>Cafe Menu</title>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
  </head>
  <body>
    <div id="menu">
      <main>
        <h1>CAMPER CAFE</h1>
        <p>Est. 2020</p>
        <section>
          <h2>Coffee</h2>
        </section>
      </main>
    </div>
  </body>
</html>

This is what a comment in CSS looks like:

/* comment here */

When code is been placed into a comment, it no longer executes. Your mission for this challenge is to put the line that defines the background-color into a comment.

Hope this helps. :slight_smile:

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.
