yes the test keeps looking for a white background in the body element and can`t figure it out

Do you have any extensions installed in your browser that change the colors on web pages, such as a dark mode extension. If so, disable it, as that will definitely cause problems with steps that test for certain colors.

I believe that the hint is already given to correct the error. Have you tried to un-comment the CSS code for body to set the background?
