Learn Basic CSS by Building a Cafe Menu - Step 23

i need help please
In your style sheet, comment out the line containing the background-color property and value, so you can see the effect of only styling div element. This will make the background white again.
where should i put the comment cuz i try to put it above and below but it doesn’t work

/* file: index.html */
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
   <meta charset="utf-8" />
   <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />
   <title>Cafe Menu</title>
   <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
       <h1>CAMPER CAFE</h1>
       <p>Est. 2020</p>
/* file: styles.css */
body {
background-color: burlywood;

h1, h2, p {
 text-align: center;

div {
 width: 300px;

comment out the background element

so i know that i shoukd comment out the background element but i don’t know where to put the comment element cuz i try to put it above and under and even in the side but it doesn’t work. So what you can advice to do in this case.

Comment out the entire line, not just the color. It worked for me, took me a few minutes to figure that out originally.

this is how i do it
/* {
background-color: burlywood;
} */

Putting the comment characters there breaks the syntax of the CSS rule. The {}s must not be commented out
