I dont understand how its wrong I replaced the color with the insert comment

You need to comment out the whole line. Here you have broken syntax that’s preventing the rest of the CSS from taking effect.

what do you mean? like erase all of the line and just replace it with comment here?

No. You need to comment out the entire line instead of deleting part of the line and breaking the syntax. You need to put a /* at the beginning of the original line and a */ at the end.
