i cannot understand what he wants from me
i do this /* background-color:burlywood; */ background-color: burlywood;
and he keep saying not pass and the background must be white

You aren’t commenting out the code, you are commenting out an extra copy of the code. Only write the attribute : value pair once

and how to put it in a comment
and what is the comment

You wrote this part twice. Do not do that. Only add the /* and the */
