what is wrong with my css property and the value?

Look at the hint you are getting:

You should set the background-image property to url(https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/css-cafe/beans.jpg).

I don’t see quotation marks in that hint. You don’t need them, so I would just get rid of them. But you can use them if you want, you just have them in the wrong place. They only go around the URL.
