Learn Basic CSS by Building a Cafe Menu - Step 3

During step 3 of the CSS tutorial, it asks to put a meta variable with the charset value set to “utf-8”. I literally did it in the last lesson of the previous chapter, so i am confident the code is right. The hint says that i have to put the meta value as “utf-8” but i did.
Any suggestions?
