Tell us what’s happening:

I am having trouble understanding How I am supposed to add the class name “flavor” to French Vanilla, so that it’ll be oriented to the left side of the site and be accepted by the course.

Hello, the issue is you have a random opening div tag. It should just be the paragraph elements

It looks like I should have been adding the class name within the actual opening tag for the p element.

You have added the class and its value like it is a new html element in the code. You don’t surround just any attribute with angle brackets <>.

If you have to add a class attribute to an html element, put the ‘class’ attribute into the opening element’s tag and add its value:

<element class="smth"></element>

Thank you, thank you! I thought that if it said “within the p element” it meant I need to have it ( class name) in before the closing tag for said element. I’ve gone ahead and added it to the actual opening tag.

I’m still at a point where almost nothing makes sense, or where I can’t fully explain why I do what I do even if it works… so these little bits of guidance make all the difference!

You could keep trying various percentages for the widths. Instead, use the back space key on your keyboard to move the p element with the class price next to the p element with the class flavor so that they are on the same line in the editor. Make sure there is no space between them.

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.
