I swear I’m doing this right but no matter where I put the body element’s close tag it’s saying it’s wrong.

Hey! Try ending the head element before the body element starts.

(Also: which of those should the meta element go in?)

“…add a body element below the head element.”

Adding something below an element means the same thing as adding something completely after the element. Thus, you want to add the body element completely after the head element. You added the body element inside of the head element.

Thank you, yeah you were right. It was that I needed to put the body element BELOW the closing tag of the head element. Where everything I’ve seen has had the body element nested INSIDE the head elements which is what had me mixed up

that’s quite unlikely… the head is for metadata, the body is for the elements on the page, they should not be one inside the other
