Learn Basic CSS by Building a Cafe Menu - Step 56

I was told to add a max-width property to the menu class with a value of 500px to prevent it from growing too wide.
I did this but it is not allowing me to proceed.

The part you will need to learn is finding out you missed it (that’s called debugging)

it’s a combo of experience (you do a wrong thing enough times you learn to look for it next time), and tools (there are tools that help analyze code to find bugs)
