I don’t know what your problem is. This step is really straight forward:

Next you are going to be styling the footer element. To keep the CSS organized, add a comment at the end of styles.css with the text FOOTER.

It is better that you check the things you don’t understand in that question in MDN Web Docs, for example, or just revisit previous challenges.
