It looks like you might be trying to nest the a selector inside the footer rule set? You can’t do this yet, at least not with plain old CSS. So you want to leave the footer rule set exactly as it is (you’ll need to put the closing curly brace back.

Then, you just need to create a rule set with the a selector that changes the color to black. You’ve basically done this except you have an extra character in there you don’t need.
