hello!
It is understandable that you do not yet know about pseudoselectors.
This exercise is to introduce you to that concept.
Specifically this exercise is going to teach you how to make the browser do something interesting when the mouse is simply hovering over a link (not clicking it yet).
It is a very cool feature so I encourage you to take a look at the instructions again.

You will see that they have provided a syntax template line for you to use.
(simply copy it exactly but replace the words in that template to use the new values for the style property and color and you should be good.)

Let me know if you have trouble with this.
