I have given the meta tag with charset attribute but still it shows the meta element shoul have a charset attribute with value utf-8,

Are you doing Doctype html in italics? Change to normal type.

Try removing the <meta name === …> code as tht wasn’t asked and it means you have duplicated the meta element.

Done, but still getting the same result.

Try putting the code in the order they say, doctype html head body. Meta under head before title.

Scratch that, I see you have sorry. Not sure on this one. Someone else should pick up!
