there are a few things missing from the seed code, like the change to innerText for button2 and button3

the #text element is already selected on line 12, use that reference to change the text

oh ok i thought i hasd doe the seed code for button2 and 3 .Anyways i will try your suggestion out

reset the step, see that there is two lines that are not present in your code to set innerText of button1 and button2

Mod edit: Solution code removed

that’s the solution to that.

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.

kindly tell me where exactly am gettin it wrong cos it becoming frustrating.
from what you said inner text for button 2 and 3 is already declared in my code.

Reset your code.

At the bottom of the goStore function create a new line. On that line use the .innerText property on the text element (the text variable) and assign it the string "You enter the store."

someElement.innerText = "Some location you entered."
