i have corectly enter all the things but it is not working

Hi! You haven’t entered the text exactly as provided. You have a spelling mistake in the “button text” line. Also, check if a period is required at the end of the “text” line.

I’m facing the same issue, but on step 68.
I’m even coding using VSCode to keep all the project on my computer, and there, everything is working fine.

On the Console, this error is thrown:

SyntaxError: unknown: Unexpected token (70:1)

  68 | function buyWeapon(){
  69 |
> 70 | }
     |  ^

but, despite the editor is showing a red line after the curly brackets, there’s nothing there, and even when I tried to delete any characters, there’s nothing showing and the line keeps moving (even if I delete the entire line of code).

it looks like you have a missing character, like a missing closing bracket, somewhere ealry in the code

I know, but there’s not.
As I said, I’m using VSCode and everything is working fine.

See what’s happening in line 68? And I can’t just delete it.

And, if I skip this step, and go to 69, my code works normally. :woman_shrugging:t2:

It isn’t clear which step you are on in the course. You are experiencing a different issue and at a different step than the original post. Please start a new help topic specific to your problem.

you have a syntax error, most likely a missing closing bracket. Open the console in the step
