Here is the error message shown when no code is entered.

You should use the assignment operator on the textContent property of the showHideCartSpan variable.

Enter the code suggested in the hint, then structure your ternary operator around that.

I don’t understand, we don’t need check the isCartShowing variable if it’s true or false and then use the assignment operator on showHideCartSpan variable?

The code the hint suggests will be the first part, then you incorporate the ternary operator.
