Learn CSS Colors by Building a Set of Colored Markers - Step 5

Tell us what’s happening:

I can’t make sense of why this is wrong. I’ve had an issue before, where it was the browser (I was using chrome) so I switched to safari. Then there weren’t any issues with the whole coffee-cafe project, but now it’s doing it again, and as far as I can see in other forums about the same exercise, I’m doing it correctly.

I really hope to get some help! thank you in advance!

Hi @karenores,

Welcome to the forum!

It works on my end.

try to troubleshoot using these steps:

  1. Click on the “Restart Step” button and force a refresh of your page with CTRL + F5 then try to paste the code in again.
  2. Try the step in incognito or private mode.
  3. Disable any/all extensions that interface with the freeCodeCamp website (such as Dark Mode, Ad Blockers, or Spellcheckers), and set your browser zoom level to 100%. Both of these factors can cause tests to fail erroneously.
  4. Ensure your browser is up-to-date or try a different browser.

I hope one of these works for you!

Hi! thank you for the help, I switched back to chrome again, and for some reason it worked!
