The comment at the top is causing the error on your solution.
That is a comment syntax for the CSS language, not HTML.

HTML uses these

<!-- This is a HTML comment -->

I don’t think the OP added a comment. I believe the first line only gets added when you use the ask for help button to help us know which file we are reviewing.
(So the code is everything below that line)

The code looks correct to me but perhaps there is a browser extension that is preventing it from passing. I usually use Chrome with minimal extensions added.
Perhaps you can to use a new browser or you can also try to restart the step to see if a second fresh try will give a better result.

I think you should open an fcc issue to suggest they change the comment to match the language displayed in the box…
