I have no idea what’s going on. I keep trying to add the link but it says "you should have 1 self closing link element.

This element should be a ‘link’ element: <link>

Thank you, it now works! may I ask what is the difference between the link element and the a element? I thought they are both use to embed links

The anchor (<a>) element is used to embed links.
The <link> element is used in the document <head> to link related files (such as your CSS file).
