Learn CSS Variables by Building a City Skyline - Step 23

The lesson is asking me to put a fallback color of green in the code string

background-color: var(–building-color2), fallback-value green;

background-color: var(–building-color2, fallback-value green);
I have tried both the way it shows in the lesson and the try above and my only hint is

You should add a fallback value of green to the background-color property.

should I do this as a separate string of code?

Hello @DipSimp !

Fallback should not be included in the code. It is only for instruction on what the color should be if the first choice is not available.

Wishing you good progress!
