your brackets are not correct.

The overall template to follow is

background:
repeating-linear-gradient(***),
repeating-linear-gradient(***);

I used stars here to represent the code that would go inside the brackets
The main point here is, the top gradient must be properly closed before you have the comma added to it
(check your work for this issue)
