Learn Form Validation by Building a Calorie Counter - Step 35

Tell us what’s happening:

Simply having a brain-fart trying to remember console statements after not coding for a week. The console is telling me I’m right (I think), so I’m unsure what to change here.

// running tests
You should have a console.log below your isInvalidInput function.
Your console statement should have the value of isInvalidInput(“1e3”).
// tests completed

Your code so far

<!-- file: index.html -->

/* file: styles.css */

/* file: script.js */
// User Editable Region

console.log = isInvalidInput("1e3");

// User Editable Region

Your browser information:

User Agent is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/125.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

The log statement syxtax is:

console.log(_put_what_you_want_to_print_out_here_);

We can’t remember all the syntax right away.
Search engines like Google are your friends.

Thank you very much, I swear I already did that…! :laughing:

it doesn’t look like you are putting the console.log below anything

The rest of the code existed, it was just this line I was needing help with. All solved now though, thanks!
